Can anyone help, my computer detects the driver is conected but the driver will not recognize it has a dvd or cd inside, it was working a couple of days ago, and nothing has happend to it....HELP

try demoving the dive reboot, then shut down reconnect the drive and see if Windows says if found new hardware then go from there
