A vendor whould sell me a liteon 48x*40x*12x but i can't find those models on the official site. http://www.liteonit.com.tw/english-product-f.asp?show=3

It would help a lot if you could find out which model exactly your vendor is trying to sell you.

As you can see there @LiteOn site, there are only the models there that exist.

I would guess that the ordering of the numbers are different
would it not be safe to say you are talking about the
40x CD-R 12x CD-RW and 48 READ which would be the 40125S or 40125W
and the
32x CD-R 12x CD-RW 40x READ which would be the LTR-32123S
or LTR-32125W
