If I remember correctly, the CenDyne boxes didn't list Smart-Burn, and the sticker would be on the box, not the drive (my original LITE-ON branded 32123s does not have Smart-Burn marked anywhere on the drive). I also have a Cendyne packaged 32123s (only difference is that there is an extra "breaking seal voids warranty" sticker running from the top of the drive down the side, but not actually covering anything that would break it if the drive were opened! (Though the original Lite-On seal is also present), also the Lite-On packaged drive has a "www.liteonit.com" sticker on the front of the drawer, which is not present on the Cendyne packaged drive. The Cendyne packaged drive definitely has Smart-Burn, Smart-X, and any other features of the Lite-On badged model.
(My Buslink LTR-40125s actually has a Buslink label on top instead of the Lite-On sticker)
