Burn Quality Scale

What would a good scale be for burns using KProbe..

For example

280PI and 4PIF -> Would this be considered just acceptable
200PI and 3PIF -> Would it be considered OK

etc

Where would you guys put an excellent burn in comparison to a very good burn?

I have been burning and scanning lots of DVD's lately with differing results, even the ones which are over the 280PI and 4PIF which seems to be the target to aim for, read great, so I was trying to make some sense of the numbers I am getting with the different scans.

Hope this makes sense

Re: Burn Quality Scale

I think Kprobe results can be very individual i`ve had scans in the 1000`s for po & 800 for pif but they play fine in my pacific dvd player read back to HD ok but these are back ups of my dvd`s and on cheapo daxon media.

if i get po`s <1oo pif`s <3 (only spikes if it pif 3 all the way across then that could cause problems) i`am happy but important stuff goes on +RW`s which allways give me exelent results but i still check the disc evey now and then.
