question about sd2 no 2.51 - Club CDFreaks

i want to buck up soul reaver 2 which is an sd2 with cd check
protection and a would like to know if the buck up is going to be readable only from the recorder or from any cd rom.

i have a toshiba dvdrom sd m1612 and plex 24/10/40
which must be the reader?

is the fast error skip the only think i have to mark in clone cd ?

Don't know what protection this game has, so i ll take your word for it. If it is a SD2, you should check fast error skip on (read x4, retries 3, error correction none), AWS on, intelligent scanner on (if there are bad sectors) and burn at full speed.

I would use the plextor drive, although i am not sure about it. People say that toshiba dvd drives are the best as far as reading protected cds is concerned, but then my plexie has never let me down

i did it only with fast error skip 0 retries
and reading from the toshiba drive
evrything seems to be ok. i tested it in to diffrend pcs and work great
