Plextools Gigarec conflict with Alcohol 120%. HELP!!! - Club CDFreaks

When I install plextools alongside Alcohol 120% things get weird as you can see in the link below.

My recording values are very messed up...is there a way to resolve this issue?

This happens no matter what image mounting software I use be it Daemon Tools or Nero Image Drive.

I'm running winxp pro sp1

I need to use Alcohol 120% so if there is no solution I'll just have to forgo using gigarec which sucks...

just disable gigarec when you don't need it or when you want to use Alcohol 120%, Daemon Tools or Nero Image Drive.
will that work ???

X-Nemesis, have you tried turning off the "ignore media type" function in Alcohol?

Hey Plexfreak...I can't seem to find the option to disable that feature, "ignore media type". Where is it?

Hi, sorry to interrupt. Open Alcohol ->general->Emulation->uncheck “Ignore Media Type”.
Like PlexFreak, I’m almost certain this is what playing trick with your G-rec settings.
