| ws04 vs ws05 Greetings to firmware freaks! I have a LiteOn 40125W and I upgraded from WS04 to WS05. I observed that with WS05 it is no longer possible to burn at 1x, only at 4x and above. Well, I had burnt some CDs at 1x with WS04. Has anybody had the same "problem"? |

| Was this with the same program? In nero I don't think any firmwares for the 32X and faster Lite-On drives supports lower than 4X speeds. In some program you may choose 1X but it will not actually write at this speed........
