Memorex 32MAXX 1240AJ - Club CDFreaks

I've bought a Memorex 32MAXX 1240AJ , and I've two questions :

1) Is it a rebagged Lite On ?
2) If it's a rebagged Lite On, is it possible to overclock it ?

I have saved my Memorex firmware with mktflash.

Which firmware do you recommend to me if answers 1) and 2) are YES ?

Is the firmware version 1240AJ? That seems a bit freaky...
But since Memorex use to be LiteOn and you backed up your FW with MTKFlash, I would say it indeed is a LiteOn (again

)

It's probably a LTR-32123S, which can't be overclocked, sorry...

1240AJ is a model of 32 MAXX.
As far as I know it exists 2 different models 1240AJ and 1240 AK, mine is 32X12X40

The firmware version I have updated is now XWS4.

On Lite On web site the firmware for the LTR-32125W is R32WBS4
and for the LTR-32123S is R32XS0X.

So may be I have a chance that it would be possible, what do you think about it ?

XWS4 seems like a 32123S firmware...
