| How the hell do i do this?????? I want to do a firmware upgrade and it says in the instructions to do this...... If you are using the DRU-700A, disable [DMA setting] in Windows before executing firmware update. For details, refer to [Help and Support] in Windows. Im upgading to VY06E, Do i have to do this???????? Also tried to backup my exsisting firmware with firmware flashing tool but keeps telling me no file selected, where is the file to select so i can back it up???? Please help as this is pissing me right off........

| Re: How the hell do i do this?????? As I already told you in another thread, you must move the radio button to "backup" then choose a location where the firmware backup file should be saved. You can search the internet or this forum for information on enabling/disabling DMA. I have flashed many times without disabling DMA, but it's up to you whether or not you want to follow Sony's instructions.
