| Cons and Pros to use firmware? Hey sorry guys I dont have any details on firmware, but I was wondering whoever does have info post it here. I'm totally new to firmware and I was wondering what the cons and pros are to using firmware? Like why would I upgrade the firmware? Would it be better or worse? If you want to know what burner I have, I got a Liteon 32x12x40 |

| Well in your case you can get P-CAV writing (which is faster). That is if your firmware is an old one. I see no reason not to upgrade when LiteOn releases new firmware. You can always flash back if you don't like the new FW...
