| Any firmware for Matshita UJ-845D Hi Friends, Like many other guys I am also having trouble with writing DVDs faster as well as reading CD-R on my Matshita UJ-845D drive (Acer 1692). So few days back, knowingly that it can damage my drive I put the firmware of UJ-845S after having few rounds of drink............  Drinking is definitely not good for computing......................  As usual now it is not writing even at 2X speed. I was thinking of putting back the old firmware. It would be very helpful if anyone who is having Acer laptop and UJ-845D drive can send me the firmware after extracting the same. I will really appreciate the effort. Rgds |
