VCDEasy and chapter creation

I would like to create chapters for a VCD.

In VCDEasy it implies that I can import information from SmartRipper. Its seems like the file is a ifo . I have found a file with that extension in the folder where SmartRipper stored the information for a ripped DVD.

The problem is how do you get that information into VCDEasy? One of the option in VCDEasy drop down menu is Paste Smartripper but how do you get something to be pasted?

I have looked at a number of tutorial but just can not get what to do.

I have just started doing this so please do not assume I know a lot.
