Unable to copy/move/open files on HD, CRC-error - Club CDFreaks

I'm having trouble opening/copying/managing files on one of my HD. I have re-formatted it, checked it for errors using Window's (XP-pro) tools and done just about everything I can and dare (being a layman)...
Everytime I try to copy or rename or do anything to a file bigger than about 10 Mb, I get an error message saying:
"CRC-error...."

The HD is about 2 years old, but I've had others that have gotten older before they've started to missbehave....

What should I do? All tips are welcome!

This thing is called a "cylic redundancy error".

I found an article about it explaining what your problem is and as I can understand it , it has to do something that something isn't copied well enough on your HD .The link down below will lead you to the article and it has also a program that checks for CRC-errors and repairs them so give it a try , I would say.
