Tunebite Help

Ok I need help. I purchased Tunebite and I have a monthly subscription to Napster. I'm using Windows XP. Here's my prob. When I download a song from Nappy and play it through Windows media player it plays normally through the speakers. A few seconds milliseconds through the song Tunebite starts recording but the song goes mute. In the end I have a file that says it's an mp3 but there is no noise that comes from it at all. I've tried both Lame and Vorbis but neither work. Can someone help me? Thanks and I appreciate it.
