Is there any Software for making a dvd copy better?For instance I need a Program that corrects small problems,enhancing video quality,sound quality,Error correction,In general just making it better.

The best way to do a perfect copy of a movie is to avoid any compression, aka (in most of cases) using a dual layer disc.

What small problems are you referring? Can you do an example?

I sometimes buy A downloaded film,and I want the quality to be better,Not so hazy,not so dark,I just want to clean it up.

What format is the original movie? Is it an avi? With avi you can use virtualdub: it have some filters to enhance video.
