Please Help Me!!!

hi everyone.... i just signed up to cd freaks because of the following problem.... i'll try to be as specific as i possibly can so the experts on the subject have enough material to help me with...
i've been burning dvd's with shrink and dvd decrypter.... which i love.... but since the bad news arrived that decrypter was out, i started looking for option b. i currently have, besides the two former programs a haven't uninstalled maybe for sentimental reasons, CloneDVD2 and AnyDVD.... with this two programs i'm supposed to be all set BUT..... BUT!!!!..... the dvd's i burn just won't play ANYWHERE.... not even on my computer...... i usually rip the movies into .ISO images and then burn them.... lately i've been trying to do so with both AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 but... nothing works.... i'm using the following media:
TDK DVD+R Print on 4.7GB 8x
and i have the following driver:
hitachi HTS541680J9SA00

i tried burning the movie at 2x and it is still not working.... i go through the process with np ... it says the movie has being copied succesfully... and then i try to play it on my regular DVD player and it doesn't work.... i try playing it on my computer and it doesn't work.... i'm even using VLc media player....
i mount the image with Daemon and it works perfectly so i know it's not a bad rip..... i don't know what to do.... i have a 25 dvd pack of those TDK and i'm really afraid it my be the media..... i don't want it to be..... please give me some options here.....
thank you

This is what I suspect - your drive can't handle your media well. Also, did you try the discs at 4x or 8x?

Re: Please Help Me!!!

I would buy better media, eg. from TY and Verbatim.

Re: Please Help Me!!!

now i got it to play on my computer.... i couldn't play it on my regular DVD..... i did it with VLC media player.... but only with that program..... the problem is that the movie plays in this strange slow motion.... it actually plays like if it was skipping frames..... even my cursor gets slow..... does that help the experts more?
