Not what you thought it was going to be…..!. I was upgrading from 1.0.4.6 and downloaded NVE1046g that was 6.32mb. My stumbling block is that when I get to the pop up to enter my number, which I have got. It's not valid, says, "Please enter a valid serial number". It consists 6 or 7 blocks of 4 numbers iv tried it with the - and without. (if nero users can remember this far back)
I am aware that it only upgrades within that version ie 1. But assumed that it would automatically set that limit, or have I downloaded Express 6, which my code wont work with. And there for have to re-load my Nero…? (and maybe get a more up to date version) Or can I just delete the down loaded file and that will stop the pop up box for my serial number, iv had no whizzed come up.

Out of interest:- I use Nero to edit clips and burn short DVD's taken from my sony cyber shot p100 camera, which works/ed a dream (this is what spurred me on to upgrade). Well I say "use", iv been trying for over a year, but after joining this site for a week I just sent off my first DVD to my mum yesterday.
So thanks guys and girls , iv also been following a lot of the threads such as Nessas saga unfold with anticipation about firmware. Even Stroppy grows on you after a while…
