MP3 DVDs? - Club CDFreaks

I know that a lot of DVD players will play MP3 CDs. Has anyone been able to burn a DVD full of MP3s and play it in a set-top DVD player? If so, what format was used for the DVD authoring?

If you have a DVD player that plays MP3 then all you need to do is burn the disc as a Data CD/DVD and it should work fine.

Some DVD players only play the first 99 MP3s in a directory so its better to sort them out into different folders rather than just burn the MP3s straight onto the disc.

Ive backed up all my album collection to a MP3 DVD and it works fine on my philips set top player.

A lot of dvd players do not support mp3 on dvd only on cd..
