Do ModChips Work?
How do I know what one to get?

You don't say what you want one for xbox/PS2 ? . They definitely work . You don't say where your based so try lik-sang . They have all types and will ship internationally .

PS2, USA, Las Vegas NV And anyone liveing here that knows how to make backup please e-mail me. I have not a clue on what Iam trying to do. I have a lite on 24*10*40 Bunner and 40 something CD-DVD reader, ClonyXXL and Clone-CD and not much response to my help ??? I guess it's a hassel to get newbes going up and running. I see the long time pros chatting away but when a newbe ask a dumb ? I did get a little feed back, oh well any help will help thx's

Don't ask me where to get your Modchip from in the states , but you'll need someone to be able to fit it for you . You'll want a Magic 2 modchip for direct booting of your games on a US PS2 . As to backing up games , CD games you can just use Clonecd and Clony but for DVD games you need a DVD Burner (Pioneer 104) and Nero or Stomp RecordNow Max or something similar as software . Try this link ,it might sort you out an installer as well if you post . www.modchipforums.com
