| Lite-On SOHW-1213S Dual Layer Firmware? In my haste to buy a DVD burner I bought a Lite-On SHOW 1213S a couple of months back. But now I want to burn dual layer R9 disks to back up some of my DVD collection. Does any know if there is a firmware upgrade to change this drive to BURN dual layer? As PC Pro in a review of this said “At the time of going to press it was rumoured that an upgrade in firmware would transform this drive into a 16x dual-layer beast - but we couldn't confirm this.” Can anyone confirm yes, no or point me at URL that could have information on this?  |
