Re: Introduce yourself: Say hi !

Hello, y'all!

Just wanted to say hi from North Carolina...I'm an old fart who just likes to fool with things enough to see how they work and why they sometimes don't work....got started messing with DVD copying for my PSP when I looked at my DVD collection and then at the UMD's at the local Gamestop and decided there had to be a better way to put video on that platform...so I've been playing with all kinds of software for about a month now and really having a good time...fun sometimes, frustrating others...that's all right...it's like trying to find a good Cajun restaurant in rural North Carolina...I'd like to thank the moderators for a place to learn all this stuff...

Re: Introduce yourself: Say hi !

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

As you may know from my post, my name is Xion926, and I am a definite newbie when it comes to these forums. This is actually my first time joining a forum group, so it'll take some time for me to get use to everything. My main reason for joining is to learn how to properly make backups of my PS2 games. I tried once before, but that was before I realized that I needed a modchip or Swap Magic. After I realized I couldn't do it without either of those, I stopped, but now I have Swap Magic 3 Plus. So now I'm ready to get back into the game and try it once more, so if anyone could help me out with a step-by-step way to do so, please help me out. I have Clone CD and Nero, but I don't know exactly what I have to do.

Re: Introduce yourself: Say hi !

Hi Y'all! I found this site googling for the best DVD+R media. I think I'm gonna like it much! I'm more of a lurker than a poster, so I hope y'all won't mind my being a bit mute.....I download and burn MP3's (legally), plus I'm getting into purchasing and downloading music videos. This site looks as though it will prove most helpful. Thanks for having such a great forum!

Re: Introduce yourself: Say hi !

RanjerSmith here from Bristol UK. I have been using the site on and off for a while and always found the info I need after a bit of digging about. Even if its not what I want to hear. Thanks to everyone for the help.

Enjoy all things that can be stripped down and built again, mostly bikes and computers, although I don't mind 4 wheels. Failed dismally with washing machines. Moderate success with kettles.

Admitting that you've illegally downloaded movies/songs and need help to process/burn is comparable to robbing a bank, and walking into the bank the next day holding the bags of money to deposit them into your account.
Don't be surprised if people laugh at you when you make the headlines.

Re: Introduce yourself: Say hi !

Hi! I am new as of today. I just got into this because I have loads of home videos I've been shooting but they just sit there unviewable. So I got a copy of Adobe Premiere Elements and voila, I'm a movie-maker now!

I'd like to find a Adobe Premiere Elements forum. Does anyone know of one?

Thanks,
Karen
