| Re: Introduce yourself: Say hi ! I have been in and out of your forum for a while. I decided to join and become part of the team. You guys really know your s*it. LOL! I am in the desert overseas defending life and liberty. When I get a chance (not too often), I like to wind down and play on my computer (and build one or two out of salvaged parts). |

| Re: Introduce yourself: Say hi ! I just joioned today. My name is Mike. My primary interest is in music - jazz to be specific. I play keyboard. I live iin Toronto, Ontario, Canada, but I'd rather live somehwere else, either in a different country or if I can't manage that then at least another city in Canada. I'd rather live in Haliifax, it's just the right size and it's close to New England and all those great places like Boston and New Yorik. Any other Canucks online feel the same way, you are welcome to comment. I personally hate Toronto. Anyhow, here I am. Nice to be here. Hope I can join in in some fine discussions. Mike. ![]() |

| Re: Introduce yourself: Say hi ! What's crackin, In my early twenties, I do digital animation, modeling and some concept artwork on the side (though, I never have time ><). Been building my own computers for myself and friends alike for about 2 years. But, like anyone else, I need alittle help or get stumped at times.

I am currently have problems writing to disk, either says bad medium etc or else just does not recognise the blank. Up until about 3 weeks ago this brand of blanks was working perfectly fine and writing successful copies etc, but now am having the worlds worse trouble even ripping one DVD. Am damn frustrated and cranky!!! Please someone help I am losing my sanity!! P.S. I have tried rebooting and even have tried a different blank dvd, one that i used to use religiously without problems and still having difficulty getting one movie to successfully burn.....HELLLPPPPP Regards Mandy |

| Re: Introduce yourself: Say hi ! Hey, I'm not really awesome with computers but I love working with them and that's where I spend most of my time. I'm looking to learn more about them and thought this place would be a great help to me... I've read up on problems I've seen on here before. I'm 20 years old and currently work at a tech support call center. Lot's of fun... Learned most of what I know from simple use and my brother. I spent two years in college studying graphic design and got some experience there, also. As for now, I'm starting to update my system and can use all the help I can get! Partial newbie =p Shroud. |
