| hello everyone Hi, I'm happy to have a place to go and chat now. I am a newbie to the computer scene but I really love it. My son, whom this computer belonged to went out west,Alberta, and left me the computer to use. He set everything up just for me. Trust me I am sad my son is gone but I have been waiting years to get on this computer. I google everything and I have fixed it myself a couple of times as well. The first time was when the drive would not let me install programs so I had to go into the registry and delete a few things but I fixed it and then for about 2 weeks the computer has been soooo slow that my oldest daughter was ready to format, ( I think thats what you call it) it for me but I discovered that there was a program running in the background. It had something to do with the Nero scout. Anyways I fixed it. Anyways I do tend to ramble on from time to time. I live in Muskoka, and I have 5 children all grown and 6 grandchildren now. What else can I say I love them and I love my computer and I am having trouble now with burning some movie files and I hope someone can help. See ya'll.  |

__________________ hi again, i am having trouble burning a dvd with nero vision. it is a movie file i downloaded from the pirate bay and it has to be recoded with nero vision? and i have done it before and no problem. this one says it has more pal than nts and would i like to change the format to pal as there is more of this content. I said no. and then it starts to do its thing decoding and burning to disk and then after 3 hours it comes up that there is not enough room on disk. new dvd disk120min 4.7gib, at the beginning it says there is enough room 4.37 out of 4.38 but the end result is not enough room insert another disk and when i do the "mission" is aborted. however what i have done to this point is saved. what is going on and how do i fix it. the movie is only 1 1/2 hours long.    HELP! |
