| Hello As you can tell, I'm new here. My name is Chris and I live in Florida. I got my first "computer," right before hard drives came out. It's been like crack ever since. I have 29 computers, 1 IBM rack with two servers, and an SGI Oxygen. I am currently pursuing on how to make a beowulf cluster. And I try to work and go to school when I have time. |

I apologise for wasting all your times with my query posted yesterday about why having purchased a new freecom dvd rwiter it says will conflict with the nero cd burning software and old doddery lady like me can manage. and suggests I have to delete said nero program. I resent having the suggestion that this place is only for the brightest and most clued up and need to follow your precise instructions befor seeking help. |

| Introduce yourself: Say hi + problem :) hi, i'm edy i live in indonesia i've been working as an IT support for 4 years i've just retired n trying to become a freelance programmer i'm using C# i just got my first project, creating a simple module for burning avi video file to VCD i've downloaded Nero SDK, but got some problem with the nerovisionapi it return error message, saying CNeroConvertManager::CreateConverter(): unknown application(21) code:transcodingFailed could anyone give me advise about this error? or maybe there's someone who could give me a better option in burning avi file to VCD beside using nero? thanks a lot for the help edy |

Discovered this site while googling "telefunken dvd recorder problems" I am a Karate instructor, and full time father of two. Haved lived in Melbourne for all but two years of my life, spent the other two freezing my butt off in Canberra. My Telefunken DVD recorder occasionally will only give me backgroung sounds and no voices, my brother has a different brand dvd recorder and has experienced the same problems. When i first got the recorder i pushed some buttons on the remote and fixed the problem but i can't remember which ones. Any help would be greatly appreciated. For the record, i don't use the recorder for burning much as it has a tendency to freeze. I do all my burning on my computer with my LG multi burner. Looking forward to your help. Not interested in enterprise just backups and maybe sharing with my friends now and then. What's your advice? I'm 44 and into music, movies, cooking and travel-oh and college/high school football where I coach and have coached for years. |
