G'day people, not too much to say but 50'ish been building computers since they used casette tape drives as storage, I guess one chip on one stick of ram would have been considered as heaps when I first hit a k/b.

Not new to forums, just this one.

So, for the too lazy to read through hundreds of posts, question, What will Image burn V2.1 do that dvd43 won't do that is beyond the basics of what dvd43 was initially created for ?

Hello all I am a 30 year old Medical student who lives in Indiana & very new to this stuff. I joined this forum in hopes to get some help. I am very frustrated cause just when I think I got it, I don't.

I just got my first computer (laptop) that has a DVD burner in it so I thought it would be great to back up my movies (especially my childs) cause it would save me a lot of money replacing movies that have been scratched (too many to count) and are no longer playable. So PLEASE! be patient with me if I ask "STUPID" questions cause like I said it is all new to me.

Hi all. Been burning mainly CD's and the occasional DVD for around 5 years.

My LG DVD rewriter has packed up so I'm downgrading back to a CD burner as I've never really had much call to burn the amount of data that a DVD holds.
