more infos

When I open the drive in My Computer, It show all files and folders in root dir. But when I want to access some file with Notepad It said "Cannot open the xxx.xxx file" and I've tried to open with UltraEdit It said "Error reading file!".
Ok, then I try to open the folder but It failed for all folders! It said "Please insert a disk into drive X:".

I thinks It's all about TOC. But I don't know how to find the real TOC of the data in CD.

It works fine in PSX Console!

Thanks much,
^_^

I think it may be your writer, it may not be capable of bypassing illegal TOC if thats what it is. Also for PSX games, data subchannel read and don't repair subchannel needs to be checked in CloneCD, so make sure your writer can read the proper subchannel data too.

use Nero Info Tool to see what it says about your writer:

Nero InfoTool v1.02
http://www.cdspeed2000.com/files/NeroInfoTool_102.zip

Also tell me what the CloneCD writer database say about it:

CloneCD 4 Supported Writers

According to the info provided by nero's info tool your writer doesn't support dao96 writing so, unfortunately, you have no chance of successfully copying a libcrypt protected psx game. It also doesn't appear to support dao16 writing so you won't have any luck with securerom protected cds either.

Same conclusion here. So get a new writer, go to the buying forum for advice on that, or post it on this forum if you'd like, or just burn it at a friend's house.

Good luck.
