Please Help: ikernel.exe could not be intsalled - Club CDFreaks

Hi
Is there any one that can help. Iam unable to install PowerDVD5 onto my computer. Comes up ( The installshield engine ( iKernel.exe ) could not be installed.

What version of O/S are you using? Did you have any problems prior with your O/S before installing PowerDVD5? Have you check their site to see what solutions they could provide to you when you can't install iKernel.exe??? What A/V or Firewall are you using and could those settings be interfering with the installation.

Hi Thanks for reply traced fault to firewall
Power dvd5 installed and working thank again
