| .IFO and .BUP files Thanks in advance for any help!! Ok, so I am using a VCR to capture video onto my Hauppauge Capture Card. I am capturing in wmv *though I can do avi if needed.* Then I'm converting this to .VOB using VSODivxtoDVD. So it gives me a .VOB file, but I need a .BUP and .IFO file too don't I? I understand the whole VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folder system, I just can't get the whole file system inside it. Any ideas on how to get a .BUP and .IFO file to go along with the .VOB file? Thanks again. |

| Re: .IFO and .BUP files It looks like DivxToDVD is crashing before it completes. Many of these apps create a single, very large VOB file & then split it down to 1gb sized VOBs & create the IFO & BUP files. If you're not use NTFS then it may be crashing when trying to create a file in excess of 4gb. |
