| HELP!! bought a new laptop and programs can't recognize burner Hey I have a new laptop and Record now max, and Intervideo DVd copy can't recognize my burner, Nero works fine anyone know what the problem is? This is very frustrating!! |

| Re: HELP!! bought a new laptop and programs can't recognize burner Do you have the latest versions of those programs? If not try that first. If that doesn't work it could be the aspi layer Nero has it's own version, maybe those programs need you to install a version that they recognize.

no i'm going to try the newest versions maybe thats the problem, my aspi says its working fine so it must be the outdated versions thanx for your help if its not the case i will repost and let u know | |
