| Firmware problem I'm trying to install the newest firmware on my lite on burner because my dvd-r isn't supported by my drive unless i install new firmware. (my dvd's media code is TYG03). I had a problem when i tried to do this, can you help me?  Any help would be appreciated. Last edited by mandidp; 17-06-2006 at 11:28. |

| Re: Firmware problem BGS4 is an OEM firmware version. If you can't find an update from the PC manufacturer, you can search the LiteOn burner section FAQ and codeguys.rpc1.org website regarding a "crossflash" to more recent firmware versions for your model (note this will void any warranty you may still have). |
