| Few Basic Questions 1. A VOB file is a MPEG-2 file. What can I use to edit it or take clips from it: audio & video or just audio? Is there a FAQ or Tutorial to read? 2. When a DVD is compressed down to fit on a single DVD recordable disk can the quality be preserved? If yes, which format and software? THANKS for taking the time to help a newbie. |

![]() But yes , you can use DVDShrink or CloneDVD to just compress the menu's and not the movie itself. | ||
