I believe AC-3/6 and AC-3/2 are shown in CloneDVD, while DVD Shrink will show as AC3 5.1-Ch and AC3 2-Ch, respectively.

Some people prefers DTS so keep the one you like best. Personally, for backups I would keep the AC-3/6 (or AC3 5.1-Ch in Shrink) and click off the others. If I want to watch with DTS sound, I will watch from the original.

be sure you know what track is what. ac3/6 is often the movie soundtrack whereas ac3/2 can be director's commentary. this isn't always the case though.

DTS tracks tend to be huge, I've seen em over 1GB in size... That's 1GB that doesn't compress, so your video's gotta shrink quite a bit. Unless you've got a setup that uses DTS, I'd be sure to strip that.
