| DVD-Rom problem Hello there While trying to keep a record copy of a video film my dvd drive in the PC becomes inactive. Basically tray doesn't open, but it closes with the eject button & it doesn't play any disc . Anybody willing to help will be very much appreciated. I can give details of the problems & the checks I've made. Thanks |
