Re: i cant burn avi files to disk??? help please

easy answer to that one. stop usein all the programs you listed lol and get divx package. if you need key for it i "know a guy". anywho install the divx player. go out and buy a divx certified home dvd player. "$50" at walmart.
Now open the divx media player you will see a image of a dvd on the right.
make sure it has your right drive selected. Now just drag and drop as many movies as you can fit into the image of the disc."i have got up to 6 full length movies on 1 dvd" and then click burn. Should take bout 10-20 minutes to burn. then just pop it in your divx certified home dvd player and enjoy.

Promoting the use of serial keys is NOT permitted on this forum. Consider yourself warned , and have another read of the rules:
Quote:
We do not allow, nor condone any messages containing:
  • Language that is obscene, vulgar, sexually orientated, hateful, threatening or violate any laws;
  • Requesting for or posting of serial numbers, direct links to cracks or any other information that violates copyright laws or any other laws protecting intellectual property;
  • Requests for downloads of anything that is not freeware, shareware, trial versions or copyright-free material (hence, no ISOs, Warez or MP3s that are protected by copyright). Any references to such activities will also lead to deletion of the topic;
  • Offerings of products (tangible or intangible) and services that you do not have legal disposition over.

ok i dont understand that at all. You wont like what i posted but you support copyright workarounds and stuff of that nature?

bs is below because we all know it is

Quote:
Recently, there has been a spate of posts asking for assistance in relation to downloaded movie files; mainly 'torrented' ISO images and .avi files (multi-.rar or just straight .avi). Whilst we recognise there are legitimate sources for purchasing and downloading music and movies on-line, and that there are freely-available titles for which there is no copyright problem, please take note of the following reminder:

We can assist people who want to make a lawful back-up copy to protect their original purchase, or, because of copy protections, have problems in using their original licensed dvd/cd(s). The forum is not here to help people to make illegal copies of copyright material .

* If you are having difficulties in making a working back-up (whether as an image or physical copy) of a dvd/cd that you own, feel free to ask and we'll be glad to help if we can.
* If you have a problem getting your original dvd/cd to run because of copy protection; again, we're glad to help.
* However, if you don't own a licensed original and you're having problems getting illegally downloaded ISO image/avi files working, then too bad. Buy the original game, movie or album and don't waste our time and yours by asking for help here.

As Da_Taxman would say- "Respect CDFreaks by respecting our rules " (and remember that you agreed to abide by them when you joined the forum).

We support people in making backups of original material that they have paid for and own the original discs. This is NOT the same as offering serial keys to something that you're supposed to pay for.

If you don't understand the difference then I suggest you go elsewhere where such things are less distinct.

lol ok , you got mad cause i said i know a guy. Well i do know a guy that buys tons of software online and resales. So whats the problem? You are assuming that i am referring to pirated software!! which i am not. And if you did know anything, you can get free serials to divx pro buy simply embedding there web player on your own website and then they will send you a free key once they verify it. So go read your rules about that and dont accuse me again.

read here bout middle way down
it says this
Quote:
Add the DivX Web Player to your website, send us your URL (and tell us if you are a PC user or Mac user) and we'll send you a free serial number for DivX Pro ($19.99 value).

Re: DivX certified players and DivX software keys

We are well aware of this arrangement from the DivX group. If you had explained this before then that would have been no problem.

Offering serial keys through an intermediary definitely IS a problem.
