Re: Creating a DVD

Just don't remove your audio and subtitle tracks when you backup your movie.

Re: Creating a DVD

If you're backing up from an original disc, yes it is.

Any software such as CloneDVD2 (with AnyDVD running to remove encryption), or DVD Fab Platinum - even DVD Shrink for older titles - will allow you to keep/exclude any audio streams or subtitles.

For example, I tend to keep all English audio streams and subs. You may choose to keep only the French, German or whatever and exclude the rest.

Re: Creating a DVD

But I'm trying to create a DVD from scratch, I've taken apart all audio tracks into .mp3 files, taken apart all the subs into .srt files and have the video set in .AVI Divx format. I'm just wondering if it was possible to burn the video with an option to select which audio format and/or subs the viewer would want.

If you are working with a DivX file you can use a DivX Editor and add the audio tracks and subs, it will look and work like a DVD when it:s finished rebuilding the DivX.
