Crash On Burn #2 - Club CDFreaks

Ok... I have tried some of your advice... and I have tried some more tests ... I am using a Sony CD-RW CRX140E - The problem is that it is locking up everytime I attempt to burn music... I have downloaded some mp3s and the system or program will crash everytime I try to burn... I can make Disk to Disk copies of Music and Data... but not Downloaded mp3s. I have tried a couple of different programs... Sony CD extreeme... and CD Mate... CD Mate Converts mp3s while it burns... with CD Extreeme I first converted the mp3s using db Power Amp... ... is there any reason my CDR would crash burning these files when it has no problem with data or Disk Copies...???

Oh... I have tried it as slow as 1-1 and that is the only way that it even comes close... and even then it has 'Sharp Static Glitches" I have shut down all start up programs... and Virus protect... re-installed all but Clone-CD and just downloaded aspi 4.6 and installed...

Help....

Try it with nero, Use your hd as a recorder and burn the image to a cd
when thecomp crashes you won't create a coaster
