Copying ISO vs non-ISO Image to CD

Hello, I have a 250GB HD and I am curently running out of space...I know what you are thinking don't laugh. LOL. Well just to clear things up with that Issue I have 50GB for my OS XP Pro, 50GB for Data, 50GB for Programs, and 83.7GB for Games. And I want to burn my Programs and Games all onto CD-RW's and they are all .ISO and .NRG images and some of them are also individual files and folders of the game or program. I use Daemon to view these to play. But now I need to back up. Should I just go on ahead and burn the .ISO and .NRG to cd with Nero 6. Or should I go on ahead and strip the .ISO and .NRG and copy the individual files and folders to the cd.

Thanks

Re: Copying ISO vs non-ISO Image to CD

50gb is way too much for the os partition anyway you dont have to use it only for the os and software and imo thats too much partitions 2 is good enough , when burning iso/nrg images right (as image and not data) all files/folders will display normally (like when you mount with daemon tools) so there is no need to extract them
