copy protection problem between dvd drive decoder and video card

Hi
After installing vista premium (5 times( I still doesn't recognise whats the real problem is.
I only install the drivers (no prorams or updates) and i can play my original dvd's with media player. Than two things i suspect:
1- I start MCE and set its adjustment.
2-When doing this i changed my Main (22" Philips) and second lcd (7" extended moded info display attached to Zalman case) resolutions frame rates.
Than MCE and WMP stop playimg my original dvds and error occured as:

"Cannot play dvd. copy protection problem between dvd drive decoder and video card. Install latest dvd and video card drivers"

But i already installed the latest ones.
Uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't solve the problem.
Installing previous versions doesn't solve either.
Shutting down 2nd display does't solve too.
Talked with Microsoft Help didn't help.. They said its not a Vista's problem.

Is starting MCE (setting options>monitor pic quality etc) create sthis problem, or changing screen resolutions and/or frame rate values?

Or another thing.

The worst thing is how playing original dvd's on vista, then out of the blue become unavailable and stops playing.

I check it out dozens of website about this problem but its all decoder related. But I knew Vista capable of playing DVD's without need a 3rd party software.

This forum is my last hope.
Please help,
Thanks in advance
Cuneyt
