What is the usual source of TV shows downloaded from bit torrent sites? Shouldn't there be closed captions included with almost all of these shows via the Line 21 of NTSC and ATSC video. Is there a fairly simple way to capture and view these captions? I'd be most grateful for some help. Please bear in mind that this is the Newbie forum.

Re: Closed Captions

Please bear in mind the rules that you signed up to. TV shows are copyright material and you are really only allowed to make recordings yourself, directly, for your own use.
