hi ive put iron giant in my pc & normaly the media player recognises the disc then i can copy.But with this it keeps saying theres no disc?can any one help??thanks

What does the exact error or message say? What kinda drive are you using to read the media? And also most if not many media nowdays has copy protection preventing you from making a copy for backup. To do this you will either have to use a freeware or programs from slysoft to decrypt the protection in order to make a working backup or 1:1 copy to play on your player. But what your telling is saying it has a copy protection to prevent you from making a copy is all. If there was something wrong with the media you wouldn't be able to play or read the media then at the point you should return it to get another copy where you bought that media to replace the defective media.
