Both PSX and PS2 games can be backed up.

Playstation 1 (PSX) games can easily be backed up by using CDRWin, but you need a modchip to bypass the boot sector.

You can find more info by using our search, this has been discussed many times before.

Using caps is considered as shouting and very inpolite, pleasse keep that in mind!

PS 1 games will also easily be backed-up with Clone cd,there is a possibility to "patch" a Clone img. to bypass the "mod-chip"prot and then you´ve got a "perfect 1:1"copy with"by-passed"mod-chip protection "in the game"...(still need for a mod-chip in the console there is though...)
.......yours humblest.....
