Can Nero create a system backup? - Club CDFreaks

Am using Win 98SE with Nero 5. Can Nero do a complete system backup? Have been able to transfer some files, but is not the same as a system backup.(Can't use Restore.)Can a CD-RW be used with Micrososoft Backup?

For this purpose you can better use DriveImage from Powerquest or Ghost from Symantec.

The programs you mentioned do not work properly in this respect, they usually leave out some system files they cannot access because they are in use.

Would the trial versions of Ghost or Driveimage work for doing this?

Don't know if they have trial versions at all...
But I do know that is you want to make such backups regularly, the money is well spent on Ghost (or DriveImage for that matter).
