Video Edit Software Discuss, Win AVI problem with volume at International Chat: Software related forum; Hi all, Hope you can help with this little problem, When converting a AVI file to DVD with this proggy the volume is very very low in the converted format, even though the volume was ok in the AVI file prior to converting ? Any ideas please Thanks for your help,,

Hi all,

Hope you can help with this little problem,

When converting a AVI file to DVD with this proggy the volume is very very low in the converted format, even though the volume was ok in the AVI file prior to converting ?

Any ideas please

Well I don't know the program, but you might want to check if there is some normalization setting in it. If so, try to set it to 96%.

Or, if you cannot normalize it with WinAVI, re-encode the WAV with HeadAC3he by inserting a big normalization factor (close to 100%).
