| video help ok so i downloaded a show from my replaytv dvr and now its on my hard drive... hour long show is like 2.4 gig.. i would love to be able to shrink it down to like 700 mb so i can put a few on dvd... what is a good program to shrink the video files down to a smaller size? the current format is mpg |

| Re: video help If it is MPG you are probably best to just get all the .mpg files you need, add them to dvdSanta or NeroVision Express and then encode to DVD. It will then lower the DVD bitrate so they will all fit on one DVD-R. However quality will not be as good. Ben
