Subs getting cut off.

Ok here is what we got here, i have downloaded some anime we will call it Anime A. Whoever did the subs and hardsubbed them in the anime the format is Real Media or AVI, did a good job. Now i go and try to get anime B which is in the format of .OGM, so i downloaded VirtualDubMod, so i can split the sound, subs and movie and make the movie avi, and sound to mp3. However the subs are now softsubbed, when i go and play Anime B in say Media Player Classic, The subs go half way up the screen and half way to the left so u cant see nothing but half the subs. Why is this? by the way in virtualdubmod. I have combined the avi, mp3 and subtitle files into one and hardsubbed it and it still appears to the left.

I can go and download a MOVIE and get subs have the softsubbed for it and they play just fine, it just seems to do this when im tryign to convert OGM to AVI.. if anyone else has a program where u can acually PICK the language and Subs you want and convert to avi, that would be great, but for now it seems i can only find virtualdubmod for FREE but the subs just get cut off. Any ideas?

Also if i use subtitle workshop, and play the movie in there with subs, they appear right at the bottom of the screen like most subs..

I just can suggest to buy the originals, so you will have no such problems. Easy.
