| reusing DVD menu files with new VOB's Hi, can someone help me with this problem. I have a DVD that has all the fancy menus etc. However I am now getting CRC errors when using the disc. I tried to copy all the files to my HDD but everything except the last VOB file – VTS_01_5.VOB – copied. The DVD has two 50 min programs on it which I also have as mpeg files on my computer, but I don’t have the menus. Now, what I was thinking is can I create some new VOB files from the mpeg files I have and somehow use them with the menu files I have managed to save – VIDEO_TS.BUP, VIDEO_TS.IFO, VIDEO_TS.VOB, VTS_01_0.BUP, VTS_01_0.IFO, VTS_01_0.VOB? I have been reading about ifoedit, can I do this with that program?? Any help with this much appreciated as I really want to keep the menu system from the original disc!! |

| Re: reusing DVD menu files with new VOB's PCGEdit allows movement of menus from disk to disk. Never used it myself, but worth a checkout.
