| Problems with SVCD When I play SVCDs in my DVD player Pioneer DV-354 I get a whole width image but about 40% height. It displays a black in the top (30%) and other in the bottom (30%). The files are recorded in 480 x 576 (PAL). I had not got problems with VCDs or CVCDs Anybody can help? Thanks |

| Unfortunately many DVD players cannot play SVCD's properly, sounds like yours is one of them. You could tried a dirty trick to make the player think its a VCD. Demux the SVCD and re-mux to VCD. Then burn out to CD with Nero in VCD (non compliant ) mode. If that doesnt work, get a new DVD Player
