Video Edit Software Discuss, no sound at International Chat: Software related forum; ive d/loaded xvid film when i play it through windows media it palys video and sound fine after i have converted it i can only get video and no sound any ideas plz its driving me nuts !!!!!

Conveted to what using what? Also interesting that you mention the video codec but not the audio one when your problem is with the sound and not the video.

A bit more info please. What have you converted it to ? (VCD/SVCD/DVD) and what software did you convert it with? (TMPGEnc/Nero/etc)

Also, what is the Audio codec in the Xvid ? Check with GSPOT (http://www.headbands.com/gspot/ )
