Need help extracting screensaver video. - Club CDFreaks

I am trying to extract the video fm a screen saver program and convert/burn to a dvd to play on my hdtv. Anyone have any instructions and/or programs to do this task?

What format is the video file in? If it's in some encrypted type file, (not a video file format), you will have difficulty getting it with enough quality for a HDTV. But any of the usual screen capture programs will do it. I like SnagIt, which has a free trial. Once you get it into a video format file, you just need to use an authoring program to make a DVD.

Not sure what format it is in, I don't even see it in the program folder. But thanks for the idea of using SnagIt.... I'll try that and see if it works.
