| Re: mpeg compression If you're talking about posting videos on the web, MPEG will always be too large for most purposes. QuickTime or WMV are popular formats, as is Flash. So you need a program to do the conversions, and there are many. Using a streaming format allows people to start viewing before the download is complete, and all 3 of the above formats can be handled that way. |
